Memory Cafe
This happens on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 14.30-16.00 at Palmer Garden Centre. This is supported and attended by Sister Gabby Wright , Chris Maple (From Alzheimers Support), Naomi Morgan 
(Care Co ordinator)  Lorraine Reeves (WSUN Wilts and Swindon users network) .
We provide support for our patients, their carers and relatives . We offer refreshments cake and a talk by local groups/ activities 
So far we have had: 
August - Musical Bingo 
September- Chief librarian from Wiltshire Libraries 
Upcoming:    
October- Local fire service re home safety 
November - ?British Legion re remembrance 
December- Holbrook School singing /Carols  
January - Trowbridge Museum
February - Carers Support 
Carers: 
"We recognize that Carers are often `hidden` looking after a family member, friend, neighbour with day to day tasks and may not see themselves as a carer." 
Sister Gabby Wright is our Carers Lead, Offering support and regular health checks to all of our carers. We work closely alongside Carers Support Wiltshire, Alzheimers Support and many other outside agencies.  
To register as a carer please contact reception or bring this to the attention of any GP, Nurse or member of staff within Trowbridge Health Centre. Carers registration Form
